How Much Do You Charge / What Is Your Hourly Rate?
This
is the number one, most frequently asked question and unfortunately the one we
cannot answer directly without all of the information pertaining to your event.
Different events, dates, times and locations involve different amounts of time
and equipment needed. We will gladly present you with a personal, no-obligation
quote, tailored to your occasion if you’d like to
contact us
with your event information.

What Kind Of Music Do You Play?
We currently have
one of Indiana’s largest all-digital music libraries containing over 200,000 titles.
Our vast Music
Library spans all generations from the 1920’s through
today’s popular hits on all charts - Rock, Pop, Country, R&B, Rap,
Alternative, Jazz, Latin, Contemporary Christian AND MORE!
We carry our entire library of music to each event, so we always have the
MUSIC YOU WANT available!
3.
Do You Take Requests?
Yes, ALWAYS! In addition to any pre-selected music lists you may provide us, we
will be open to requests from your guests unless you specify otherwise. Our DJ’s
serve as emcee of your event, therefore we’ll use our expertise to “read the
crowd” and select music that is enjoyable for everyone. We will
use our discretion to edit any inappropriate requests not suitable for
your event or guests in attendance. Most of our music is radio-edited, so we
have appropriate versions for every occasion.

What Attire Do Your DJ’s Wear?
Our
DJ’s always perform in tuxedo apparel for weddings and formal events unless
otherwise specified. For private occasions or less than formal events your DJ will
perform in appropriate dress or casual attire. You are able to select the
desired attire for your DJ with our online planning service. Our DJ’s NEVER perform in jeans
or T-shirts unless you require it.

Are You Available For Additional Time If Needed?
Yes,
ALWAYS! Your reservation is held for the entire day if needed. Although we do
contract for an initial time at a set fee, we are always available to provide
additional performance if needed without any pre-notification. You can
schedule any amount of time that you wish and additional time is available for a
pre-determined rate on your contract.

Do Your DJ’s Smoke Or Drink
(Alcohol) During Their Performance?
Your
DJ will always perform in a professional manner and project a positive image on
your behalf. Our DJ’s do not smoke, consume alcohol or use any
inappropriate language during their performance.
7.
Is Your Assembly / Disassembly Time Included In The Contracted Time?
Although there is time involved in assembling and disassembling our equipment,
we do not include it in your “contracted time”. It is, however, included in your
contracted fee, so there are no additional charges for this time. We do not
deduct from your performance to assemble and disassemble; you will get full performance
for the time stated on your contract. Your contracted time is when the music
& performance is scheduled to begin and end. We will arrive approximately 30-60
minutes prior to the contracted start time to assemble our equipment and
our disassembly usually takes less than 30 minutes afterwards. Platinum packages
require 1.5 to 2 hours for assembly.

Is Lighting Included?
Yes, we offer several different packages to fulfill your lighting needs.
Each package contains lighting except our basic “Bronze
Package” , which is designed specifically for events that do not require
lighting, choose to omit lighting
or desire minimal pricing.
Our classic “Silver
Package” contains a Standard
Light Show consisting of 6 colored
lighting effects that move to the
music.
Our supreme
“Gold
Package” features a Deluxe
Light Show consisting of a minimum of 10 colored lighting effects.
Finally, our superb
“Platinum
Package” is our Ultimate
Light Show consisting
of a minimum of 20 lighting and special effects.

How Long Have You Been In Business?
We
are celebrating our 24th year of service in Indiana.. Our celebration comes
from years of satisfied customers and no missed or late performances. We’ve
built a reputation as a leader in the DJ profession through our professionalism
and reliability that continues today. We provide experience you trust and rely
upon.
10.
Are You Insured?
Yes, we are fully insured with liability coverage for property damage,
bodily injury, personal injury, product liability, fire legal liability and
medical payments.

available on this site for your verification.
11.
When Is
Final Payment Due?
Payment for service is due on or before
your contracted date. We do not invoice afterwards for services or carry any
accounts.
12. What Forms Of Payment Do You
Accept?
We accept all forms of payment including cash,
checks or credit cards for your event, although there are certain guidelines and
timelines required for each type of payment. Deposits can be made with any form
of payment. Final payments by personal check must be made three weeks prior to
your scheduled event, otherwise a cash or money order payment is required on the
day of service. Payments by credit cards must be made in excess of three days
prior to your scheduled event.
